Oussama Assaidi (F)  Stoke City
Assaidi, who was expected to return this weekend from a knee injury, is likely another week away, according to the club's official web site. "He will join in with the rest of the lads in training today which is a good step for him, but I do think the game will probably come a bit too soon for him to return," manager Mark Hughes said Thursday. "We will see how he comes through the session today, but with a bit of luck, and with hopefully a full week of training behind him, we can look to include him in some capacity against Tottenham next weekend."
Kostas Mitroglou (F)  Fulham
Mitroglu remains sidelined with a knee injury, with no timetable for a return, the club's official web site reports. "Kostas is still out so not much has changed for the weekend," manager Felix Magath said Thursday. "He wanted to play but unfortunately he had his injury three or four weeks ago and we have to manager the situation, that's normal."

Ramirez could miss Saturday's match at Aston Villa after picking up an ankle injury last weekend against Cardiff City, the club's official web site reports. "When Gaston came off on Saturday it was his other ankle that was injured so now he has both ankles to deal with," manager Mauricio Pochettino said Thursday.
