The Red Wings recently signed Larsson to a two-year entry-level contract, the Detroit News reports. The 22-year-old Swedish prospect was the team's third-round pick (92nd overall) in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft; he's expected to play in the AHL next year.

Dominik Hasek (G)  DET

Hasek has been understanding about his role as backup over the last two weeks, the Detroit News reports. "I know the team is playing great, and we are winning and Ozzie's doing his job. So I don't see any reason why the coaches should change anything. It's very frustrating just to practice. But I understand the situation right now."
